We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join the People & Culture team and take our recruitment activities to the next level.
➤ WHAT YOU’LL DO
Work 38,5 h/w as part of a passionate and super international team
Partner up with Hiring Managers to assess talent needs and provide expertise and guidance around hiring plans and strategy, driving the full end-to-end recruitment cycle
Be the first point of contact for external candidates, guiding them through the hiring process and ensuring a valuable application and candidate experience with timely communication and personalized feedback
Proactively source candidates from a variety of channels to develop a pipeline of qualified diverse candidates
Actively use data to shape your way of working by knowing how to assess and measure candidate funnels as well as preparing reports for the Hiring teams
Continuously evaluate and refine recruiting processes to enhance efficiency and set up data-driven decisions
Manage our employer branding activities (LinkedIn page + attending events etc.)
➤ YOUR BAG OF TRICKS
2-5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
You specialize in tech, marketing, or product recruitment
You bring experience with employer branding topics
You have experience evaluating internal recruitment processes specifically focusing on data and metrics
You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English
You are open and adaptable, focusing on solutions rather than problems
You are constantly learning, asking for feedback, self-motivated and hungry to succeed
➤ NICE TO HAVE (BUT NOT REQUIRED!)
Experience in a startup environment or high-growth company
Any additional language skills (German, French, Italian, or any Nordic languages are a plus!)
You have great organizational skills & know that prioritization is the key to tackling tasks efficiently
You are familiar with Austrian labor law and hiring international talents
