Looking for an opportunity to excel in a fast-paced environment, navigate ambiguity, and adapt to shifting priorities? As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Product Officer, Bianca, at Journi, you'll become an integral part of the Design & Product Team, ensuring transparent communication and meticulous organization. You'll be a key player in supporting a department that influences products used by over 5 million users!

 At Journi, a creative tech company, we’re building the #1 most downloaded printing app in the world that allows customers to create beautiful photo books and other print products without effort. Using AI technology, we automatically create personalized designs based on the content our users want to print.


➤ WHAT YOU'LL DO

→ Admin Support: Offer administrative assistance to the Chief Product Officer, Bianca. This includes checking Slack and Email regularly & assisting with timely responses.

→ Diary & Logistics: Handle Bianca’s dynamic schedule, from meetings to arranging travel and bookings, ensuring she also has personal time set aside.

→ Meeting Management: Own the planning of various meetings. This involves setting agendas, crafting good-looking presentations & writing meeting minutes.

→ Documentation & Small Projects: Convert Bianca's notes into detailed documents, take care of follow-ups and manage & execute small projects on your own.

→ Team & HR: Arrange 1:1 chats with her team, team activities, organise & document 360° feedback and manage HR duties, like overseeing holiday requests.

→ Choice of hours:  Work part or full-time with a minimum of 20 h/w and learn from a passionate, motivated and international team with a start-up spirit


YOUR BAG OF TRICKS 

→ Experience:

  • (A) Either you are a young professional fresh from university. But you have already gained experience alongside university in projects, junior enterprises, startups or in a club (full-time gross salary starting from €30,000 annually)

  • or (B) you have at least 2+ years of experience in consulting, project management or as an executive assistant (full-time gross salary starting from annual €35,000).

  • Our final offer depends heavily on your experience and qualifications and might be higher than the mentioned start range.

→ Self-driven: Independent thinker, problem solver & fast learner

→ Multitasking & Self-organised: Can do lots of things at once without forgetting the details

→ Talking & Relationships: Good at chatting with people, fun to work with and generally a sociable person. You know how to handle confidential and sensitive information

→ Problem-Solving: Can find new ways to fix tricky problems

→ Tech Skills: Know your way around Google Suite, Slack, note-taking, documentation and ticket management

→ You’re an EU citizen or have a working visa for Austria  (unfortunately, we aren’t able to support non-EU citizens for this position)

→ You are based in Vienna - the world’s most liveable city!


NICE TO HAVE (BUT NOT REQUIRED!)

→ Design Skills: It's a plus if you have a design background and/or are interested in different areas of design (graphic, video, product)

→ Language:  It's a plus and will help to understand certain emails/messages if you are also experienced in German

→ Passion:  for mobile & web technology with a strong interest in photo/printing/blogging apps
